Our Services
Chiropractic care involves spinal manipulation and a combination of different treatments to alleviate the pain in your body. It tries to align your body’s musculoskeletal system, especially the spine so that it heals on its own without requiring medication or surgery. The spinal manipulation restores mobility of the joints that are restricted by injuries to the tissues around the affected area. This treatment acts as pain relief when you injure your ligaments, tendons, cartilages, and connective tissues.
Our Philosophy
When visiting our office, you’ll get more than just advanced chiropractic treatment or laser therapy. You get a consultation that helps you understand what’s causing your pain. Dr. Jack knows one of the most effective diagnostic tools is listening to the patient! That’s why all new patient appointments are scheduled with 60 minutes of one on one time with Dr. Jack.
Dr. Jack, his wife Suzanne and their four children live and maintain a farm in High Springs. Together they raise grass fed Lowline Angus cattle, Katahdin sheep, chickens, turkeys and milk a few Jersey dairy cows. They also have a passion for breeding sport horses and are avid Hunter/Jumper riders.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is chiropractic care?
Chiropractic care is a health care profession that examines the relationship of structure, primarily of the spine and function, primarily of the nervous system.
What types of conditions do chiropractors treat?
Chiropractors are known for their expertise in caring for patients with neck and back pain. Their treatments are very effective in decreasing pain and increasing mobility. They treat headaches, pinched nerves resulting in numbness, tingling and loss of balance. They also treat sports injuries and other disorders involving muscles, ligaments and joints. The benefits of chiropractic care go beyond acute/chronic musculoskeletal conditions and extend into general health as our core body structure affects overall function and health.
What is a chiropractic adjustment?
A chiropractic adjustment is the art of using a specific, controlled force with a precise line of drive applied to a spinal joint that is fixed or “locked up.” The purpose of this safe procedure is to reestablish and correct aberrant motion and eliminate interference in the nervous system. This provides reduction of pain, increased function and overall improvement in health and wellness.
What types of treatment do chiropractors provide?
Aside from the specific chiropractic adjustment, chiropractors commonly recommend therapeutic exercise , stretching and resistive exercises to reduce pain and regain normal function. They also provide other therapies such as spinal traction, manual soft tissue therapy, electric nerve stimulation , ultrasound, diet and nutritional counseling, and lifestyle modification. Our practice also uses K-Laser Therapy to reduce pain and promote accelerated healing. We also provide spinal reconstructive maneuvers to support the adjustments.
Are all patients adjusted the same way?
Each patient’s care is unique and therefore customized to meet their specific needs. Your care will be modified based on your size, weight, age and health condition. We also help our patients establish reasonable goals.
Is chiropractic treatment safe?
Chiropractic is recognized as one of the safest non-invasive therapies available for the treatment of musculoskeletal complaints. Spinal adjustments are extremely safe when performed by a licensed chiropractor. Although the risks associated with chiropractic are very small, no health treatment is completely free of potential adverse effects. This may include mild soreness or aching, similar to some forms of exercise, which typically fades within 24 hours.
Is chiropractic treatment ongoing?
Depending on what goals the patient is interested in the duration of care will vary. Based on the condition the chiropractor will recommend a course of care. If the patient is interested in pain relief only, treatment may be limited to only a few visits or a few weeks. A chiropractor may provide acute, chronic, and/or preventive care thus making a certain number of visits sometimes necessary. Your doctor of chiropractic should tell you the extent of treatment recommended and how long you can expect it to last.
How much does Laser treatment cost and is it covered by insurance?
Laser therapy is not covered by insurance. Musculoskeletal laser cost $50 per session and can be purchased for less through one of our packages. Neuropathy laser treatment is typically provided over a 16 visit program and requires longer treatment times. The cost is *$1800 and includes initial examination, supplementation and periodic reevaluations.
